Resolutions Governing the Political Activity of the State Association in General

1. Resolution to have IAFF Educational Seminar in conjunction with the State Association’s annual Legislative Conference. [State Convention September 29, 1995]
    
2. Any Tennessee Professional Fire Fighters Association member presenting legislation at the state level shall notify the association’s president and legislative representative thirty (30) days prior to presenting such legislation. [State Convention September 27, 1991]
    
3. The State Association pay the lobbyist’s registration fee for the Legislative Representative and Legislative Committee. [Executive Board March 1, 1993]
    
4. The State Association may award one or more Legislative Appreciation Award at its annual Legislative Conference. [Executive Board October 3, 2001
    
5. TPFFA shall invite and pay our legislative representative’s expenses to all future conventions. [September 4, 1985, Jackson, TN]
