Criteria for Political Donations
- The Political Action Committee shall review each candidates voting record before the disbursement of funds. [October 23, 1992, Clarksville, TN]
- The nature of the political race shall be reviewed by the Political Action Committee, et al hotly contested race, little opposition, etc. [October 23, 1992, Clarksville, TN]
- The Political Action Committee shall determine if the individual is a viable candidate; et al, does this candidate have a chance of winning, etc. [October 23, 1992, Clarksville, TN]
- It shall take a majority vote of the Political Action Committee to disburse funds and all committee members shall be notified, if possible, about the possible contribution. [October 23, 1992, Clarksville, TN]
- The Political Action Committee shall meet upon call of the chairman of the committee. [October 23, 1992, Clarksville, TN]
- The state offices of Representative, Senator and Governor shall be the only campaigns contributed to. No party caucuses shall receive political action funds. [October 23, 1992, Clarksville, TN]
- The Secretary-Treasurer of the committee shall make periodic reports to all Executive Board meetings and State Conventions of this association. [October 23, 1992, Clarksville, TN]
- An annual budget shall be approved and recommended to the Executive Board and Convention Delegates for approval. [October 23, 1992, Clarksville, TN]
