Tennessee Professional Fire Fighters Association's Secretary/Treasurer Dennis Carroll has been appointed to the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS) board.  S/T Carroll, which also serves as president of the Cleveland Fire Fighters Association Local 3748, has been appointed by Governor Bredesen to fill the public safety position on the board for a three year term.  The public safety position rotates between the TPFFA and law enforcement every three years.  TPFFA President Mitchell stated that S/T Carroll will represent the membership with dedication and professionalism.  S/T Carroll's term begins July 2010 and runs until July 2013.
